Live records & public records requests
Knowing the offices is only useful if you can work them. In Washington we retrieve records directly from recorders, auditors, assessors, and clerks — including the offices that still require someone to physically appear — and we draft, submit, and track public records requests to state agencies under the Public Records Act.
This is deliberately separate from a standard asset search, which runs on licensed and electronic sources. Live retrieval and PRR work is specified at intake, quoted separately, and governed by the agency's statutory response timeline rather than ours. How that works.
Pacific Northwest field coverage
Field work — witness interviews, statements, service support, and property documentation — is conducted directly across Washington, and in Oregon and Idaho through established local association. Portland, Salem, Eugene, Boise, and Coeur d'Alene matters are routine.
Nationwide records searches
Skip tracing, asset searches, bank and brokerage searches, and corporate due diligence are conducted in all fifty states. Multi-jurisdiction asset work is common: a Washington judgment against a debtor holding property in Arizona and an LLC in Nevada is a single engagement, not three.
Where a matter requires licensed field activity in another state, we work within that state's licensing requirements or associate a licensed local investigator — and we tell you which, in writing, before the work starts.
